The Blue Angel's Foundation is a collaborative effort between alumni of the Manchester Citizen’s Police Academy and members of the Manchester Police Department. Founded in 2001, this organization works to provide help and assistance to children and families in Manchester and surrounding communities. We are a heart-smart organization operating with the best interests of the community in mind.
